We try to be transparent about the time it will take to deliver your gift. Unless stated, most or our products are dispatched the same day or next day. Postage times vary, so within a product description we will always tell you how many days it will be until your gift is delivered. 

If you need something urgently and don’t mind spending a little more on postage, please give us a call and we will do our best to help you.


We like to look after our customers, so we go above and beyond with our returns policy. Life is already complex enough we try to keep things simple.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product we will ask you to return it to us, a replacement will normally be dispatched within 1 working day. Gifts that are made to order or personalised will obviously take longer, but rest assured we will start making a replacement as soon as we are notified of the fault. Due to the nature of personalised gifts, they cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty. 

For non-personalised gifts we offer a no quibble 14 day returns policy, this will start from the day after the product is received. To exchange your product or receive a refund simply return your purchase to us, be sure to include your personal details and our invoice number. Once received we will credit the payment method used for the purchase.

In all cases shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable, but we will not charge for shipping of the replacement product. You should consider obtaining proof of postage just in case the item you are returning doesn’t arrive. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept liability for items lost in the post.
